Comments: Charming two-story cottage-style house. Three bedrooms and two offices. Two bathrooms and a powder room. Large living and dining room. Outside, a swimming pool and a fire pit. Approximately a 15-minute drive from the university. We are happy to lend you our car. Lovely neighborhood with a park and bike paths.
