Furnished home away from home for a couple or small family on a leafy, friendly block near "downtown" amenities! On the main level: spacious front porch with dining set & lounge chairs; living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and study. On the lower level: an apartment with double bedroom, bathroom, living room with large TV and desk area, plus laundry room, and a second full kitchen. House comes with kitchen basics, linens, Sonos system and a ton of books. Rent includes wifi; you pay utilities (solar panels!). Schools: East Silver Spring ES, Takoma Park MS, Blair HS.

Comments: There is a studio on the property that will not be available to tenants; sorry! We are close to excellent bike trails and Rock Creek Park for hiking/car free biking. 15 min walk to Silver Spring Metro and 20 mins to Takoma Park metro.
