Description
We hare a family of 4 looking to swap our beautiful Montreal house for 1 academic year in 2027-2028. Our house is in a family friendly neighborhood. The kitchen/dining area is open and spacious with lots of sunlight. 4 bedroom (3 in basement, 1 on main floor), 2 full bathroom (one with a shower, one with a bath) and a living/playing room. We have a fenced backyard with swings, a slide, a BBQ, a dining table outisde. Near bicycle paths. Near orange (Beaubien) and blue (Fabre) metro station (10 min walk), wich will get you to Université de Montréal or Université du Québec à Montréal within 30 mins. Great neighborhood with all amenities (groceries, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream shop, restaurants, etc.) We are hoping to find something similar in Vancouver. House/appartment suitable for 2 children, near schools and ameneties, and public transport. We are responsable house owners. The dates are flexible but must cover school year. Open to swaping cars as well. More pictures available upon request.
