Description
Beautiful home just outside Trondheim can comfortably accomodate a family of five with four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, parking, big kitchen, two living rooms and two offices. House is a short walk to miles of forest hiking and the beach in the opposite direction. There is a sauna on the first floor that fits 10. Our house is located right next to the bus stop and in a neighborhood, but surrounded by trees so you feel like you are in the forest. The home is cozy and inviting, a great writing retreat and still only 10 minutes from downtown Trondheim and the main university campus of NTNU, great restaurants, grocery stores, St. Olav's hospital, nice cafes and shopping - all available by city bus. For those that are really allergic, it is important to know that we have a cat, which can go stay with friends, but has been living in the house for some years. Comments: We are flexible. Our main priority is to find the right renters who will care for our home. If it is possible for them to also care for our cat and car, that is fantastic.

While we do not receive much mail, things may come to the post box from time to time.

There are several indoor plants that can remain in the house or be given to friends to look after while we are away. Given the timeframe, there should not be much yard work.
Comments: There may be snow shoveling throughout the period, especially if there is a car.
