Beautiful, recent built (early 200os) and just near-completely renovated log cabin, on a beautiful, peaceful undeveloped lake, in the great northwoods of Wisconsin. Words (and even pictures) do not do it justice. Great space for a writer or an artist to work in peace, or an academic on a sabbatical working on a project that requires intense concentration; a perfect retreat. Great space to unwind/decompress. Close to a small touristy town of Birchwood with all the amenities -- grocery, restaurants, coffee shops, churches. A larger towns of Rice Lake and Hayward, with major hospital and big box chain shopping stores are about 30-45 minute drive away.
