Comfortable apartment for rent or exchange in a central area

We highly recommend!
It is remarkably quiet for a busy area of Berlin. On ground floor, but in a back building, with a hof where we could lock our bikes.
No car necessary. Cozy neighborhood with many parks, restaurants, cafes, shops, street markets, etc, all within an easy walk. You can stroll along the canal or settle in one of the cafes and watch the passing scene.
Pretty sure there's an active night life, many people around late at night as we biked back from dinner with family, but never felt unsafe. Once in the hof all was quiet and calm.
Luigi was very responsive to our questions and concerns. As Californian's we were surprised there was no microwave. He had one delivered!

We would be delighted to stay there on our next visit.
