We're open to short term rentals and/or home exchanges in late summer 2026 and spring 2027. We live in a wonderfully charming bungalow situated in the vibrant Southeast Woodstock neighborhood of Portland. Below are just a few of our home's many amenities: >Easy walk to three grocery stores: New Seasons, Safeway and Trader Joes. >Easy walk to restaurants, including "The Heist" food cart pod. >Easy walk to Reed College and the public "Reed Woods" trail around a wetland area rich with wildlife/birds. >Directly located on a major bike route and two blocks from the #75 & #19 bus line stops. >Exceptionally comfortable & large king-sized bed located in the upstairs bedroom. >Newly installed central AC and heating; gas fireplace in living room. >Lush garden with fresh vegetables for renters in summer and fall. >Washer & Dryer. >Capacious back deck with BBQ + ample front porch. >Record player with substantial vinyl collection. >TV. >Small office area upstairs; full office downstairs. >Ceramics studio with wheel (use negotiable). >Situated within 20 minutes of hiking trails; one-hour drive to Mount Hood; 90 minute drive to the Oregon Coast.
