1-bed luminous artist studio turned loft in the very center of Paris

I have refurbished from scratch a former artist's studio into a modern flat bathing in light, in the centre of the Quartier Latin where many universities are. It is also two minutes away from the Port-Royal metro station, which is the fast north-south underground axis of the city, and it is close to several other metro lines. It's fully furnished to my taste, trying to keep things simple, and I love spending time there: it is very quiet, it is very luminous, and it's been recently insulated so it's comfortable all year round—it can get a little warm on a summer day, but nothing too bad. The kitchen is well equipped with most things you need: oven, dishwasher, pots and pans, fridge and freezer, mixer, coffee machine. There's no toaster or microwave, but if that's a dealbreaker, I can shed out the price of getting them! Same for the bathroom, spacious and luminous, with a washer & dryer. One drawback is that there are stairs to get in, and stairs inside the flat, and there is no elevator. This is nothing unsurmountable, but worth keeping in mind. Apart from that, there are some plants that I like and would love to see survive, but the occasional watering is not demanding at all. I would like to keep the apartment smoke-free, but there is a semi-private balcony which has seen more than a few smokers over the years.
