Full large bedroom with plenty of closet space and a second full bed up the whimsical spiral staircase. A large desk and chair are upstairs too. The lounge has a couch, rug and coffee table. Kitchen table for 4 in the lounge. There is parking available. Location is very quiet but also well connected. 2 minute walk to bus stops and all amenities, 15 minutes to the Royal Mile and 20 min to Grassmarket. The beautiful Crags and Arthur’s Seat in Holyrood park are literally on the backdoor.
