The bright and airy ambiance creates an uplifting atmosphere, perfect for both focused work and peaceful relaxation. My favorite part of the house is the huge, fully fenced-in backyard. It has plenty of space for gardening, enjoying your morning coffee (it’s always shaded in the morning), and having bonfires. I purchased this house about 5 years ago and have renovated it. It has a fully remodeled kitchen and bathroom and new floors. It’s colorful and quiet, and is my peace in Austin! I’m looking for someone who will care for it and love it as much as I do. Things to know: - Right down the road from Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park. This 293 acre park has miles of mountain biking trails, shaded walking trails, streams, a pool, a playground (if you have kids) and athletic fields. It’s my favorite outdoorsy park in Austin! - 2 blocks away from the Chinatown Center. This has an amazing grocery store with Asian products and my favorite Pho and Bahn Mi. - At the end of the “Taco Mile”, which boasts some of the best tacos in Austin. - 3 minutes away from I-35. It’s not noisy, but the on ramp is close which makes it easy to get anywhere in Austin. - 10 mins away from the Domain and Q2 stadium. - Dog door with fenced in, secure yard (open to pets, please reach out to me!). - I like to cook, so well-stocked kitchen. - Dedicated workspace for working from home.
