Our house is set up for a family with up to 3 people working from home comfortably, with enough space to host parties too. Well-equipped kitchen, sunny study for 1 or 2, guest room, and 3/4 bath downstairs. Upstairs: full bath & 2 bedrooms. Washer & dryer. Lovely yard with garden. Front porch, back porch, fitness equipment, quiet neighbors. Summertime is when the goat next door tends to make less noise, and the plums and berries are ripe. Contact us for details about location (on a quiet side street close to Ashby BART). Bikes are available for your use. We would negotiate about a car if you're coming from far away, or your dog if you're local. (We can't host your cat, sorry.) We're looking for asynchronous exchange in EU, or rent of $1000/week
