Description
We are two academics looking to host and exchange. Our kids are grown and flown, so we have plenty of room. Our five bedroom, three story house has lots of charm, beautiful stained glass windows, a wrap around porch and community tennis courts in the backyard. We are just three minutes from the regional rail that takes you into center city Philadelphia in just 23 minutes. Historic Philly, with all of its museums is at your fingertips, along with universities, hospitals and our incredible restaurant scene. We have two very friendly dogs and a cat, so please only reach out if you are okay with animals. We will be here, hosting when you come. Please note that we are only renting/exchanging TWO BEDROOMS, each of which has a double bed and come with the exclusive use of a full bathroom. Common spaces are available to share and enjoy, including our fully stocked kitchen.

Comments: We have a VERY friendly dog. Our household consists of my husband and I. We are both academics at Drexel University. Our kids are all in their early 20's and out of the house.

Comments: We love to cook, travel, and explore the world. We enjoy spending time with our family and friends. I grew up here. We have loved raising our family here and think it's a wonderful place to visit, and a great base from which to explore the area.
