An Ivy League lecturer and a freelance college counselor/yoga teacher would be delighted to exchange into a 2-3 bedroom house or apartment in urban Italy or south of France with similar tastes.....if renting our house, we are looking for 1-2 couples or a small family who would appreciate this cosy house and lovely backyard pool area....

If the summer is very hot, I would appreciate some watering of a very few plants (since everything else is on a sprinkler system)

Comments: Very close to UCLA (15-20 min.) American Jewish University (15 min) California State University/Northridge.(20-25 min)...others are freeway-accessible 30-45 minutes away, depending on traffic.
