Beach house for this winter ???

Unfortunately we won't be able to use our new beach home this winter because we need medical treatment in NYC. Hoping to swap for a wonderful NYC apartment for 2-4 months. It is a unique architect designed home built from 4 cantilevered insulated shipping containers. The home sits atop a dune with water views from balcony, bedroom, and living room. Moders kitchen, 2 bathrooms w/bidet, small pool and traditional Uruguayan parrilla. Located 15 minute drive ( or bus) to the lively city of Punta del Este. Also 10 minutes to the local Punta airport and 1:15 from the international Montevideo airport. Walk to numerous beach side restaurants, local grocery, golf, water sports rentals all very nearby. If interested, what do you have to swap, or rent. We are very disappointed we can't use it this winter, but sometimes life throws you a curve-ball - - if we can't be at our purpose built home this year, at least we can do our best to enjoy NYC in style. We are very particular about this possibility and would need to have a careful conversation with you. If it is your home, I'm sure you understand. We have more photos taken by our architect.
