Secondary bedroom is smaller and might be best for a single/nursury but can fit a full bed, looks out on an office. 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower. Good water pressure, clean and no pests (please keep it that way!). Open-concept kitchen/dining/living centered on a teak-wood dining table and a roomy room&board couch. 50-inch TV with sound bar and you can hook in whatever Roku/Chromecast you want. Big windows look out on a lively downtown street. Plenty of cookware and utensils, games, and books. Washer/dryer in-unit, on the small side but modern and super functional. Trash chute is right down the hall and includes recycling. Parking is in the garage below the building and is direct accessible from your floor by elevator. Easy in/out, if you need it. Gym is fully stocked but we also have a Peloton bike, should you want use that instead. The building is very secure (multiple key entry to get into the building), and the concierge/front desk can help you from 7a-11p every day. Downtown is safe and clean, especially on our block right across from two major hotels (but we're high enough up for it not to be noisy). Building shovels snow and salts for you in the winter. Never had an issue during weather events. This place is accessible to all Metro lines (Red, Yellow, Green, Orange, Blue and Silver) within walking distance as well as a ton of bus lines from Franklin Square. But you'll probably just want to walk everywhere including a best croissant bakery 2 blocks away, weekend farmers markets, and top 25 bar in America across the street. Note that you'll have to abide by HOA building rules, but we will explain and give you a copy of all that entails. You will have to sign an official-looking 1-year "lease" and pay a $200 move-in fee that the building requires, even if you're only moving in your small belongings. We will let you out of the 1-year agreement early per whatever schedule we agree on, but our building will only allow 1-year terms on paper, so that you're officially registered in the building.
