Vintage Adobe Brick Home with Pool

Stay in our gorgeous vintage territorial adobe brick home and keep cool in our kidney-shaped pool. We are artists and professors who love our neighborhood, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance from Rio Vista Natural Park and the bike friendly and walkable loop path. Our home features two living areas: a music room with an eclectic collection of records, and a movie screening room with a large projector screen with Apple TV. We enjoy cooking together in our spacious eat-in kitchen, stocked with cast iron pans, vintage dishes, and cozy counter seating. Our place is ideal for entertaining, both indoors and out. Laundry is conveniently located just off the back patio. Step outside to enjoy a backyard filled with cacti, native plants, and beautiful mountain views, and don’t forget the spectacular sunsets. We’ve reduced the rate in exchange for someone who can water our houseplants, which are like children to us. We are open to rentals and exchanges during December/Jan and the months of June-August every year.
