Cosy and bright 1-bedroom flat in Shepherd's Bush

I am looking for somebody reliable and friendly to exchange or rent my flat. It's a one bedroom flat in a quiet street in Shepherd's Bush, which is a vibrant and diverse neighbourhood in West London. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and Westfield Mall are only a few minutes away, and the area is very well connected. The closest tube station is Shepherd's Bush Market (Hammersmith & City Line), and Shepherd's Bush (Central line) is 12 minutes walking distance away. It's very easy to get around. There is also an overground station, which takes you to Clapham in 15 mins. Hammersmith station, which is a hub (Piccadilly line to Heathrow) is close by too. Kensington is only a short walk away and Notting Hill is 2 tube stations away. The closest parks are Hyde Park (15 minutes on the bus), the beautiful Holland Park (25 mins walking distance) and the lovely Ravenscourt Park (20 mins. walking distance). The popular Bush Theatre and concert halls are close by. The flat is on the elevated ground floor, it has a sitting room (with a couch, a table with two chairs and a desk with an office chair) and a good size bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen (equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother), and a bathroom. It has everything you need, also speedy wifi (online meetings are part of my job). It has a lot of light and the bedroom goes to a courtyard, so it's quiet. It has a perfect location if you want to explore London. I myself work at King's College London close to Waterloo station, and my commute from door to door takes 40 mins. UCL in Bloomsbury is about the same distance away. Most big train stations, such as St. Pancras (Eurostar), are half an hour away on the tube. There is also a bus to Oxford that leaves from Shepherd's Bush.
