Characterful property with dedicated work spaces, large kitchen, sunny garden, and helpful neighbours. Our Victorian terraced house is a delightful family home where we raised our two children (now in their 30s). We continue to enjoy the seaside at the end of the road, friendly neighbourhood, plentiful local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, and the arty hipster vibe of nearby Brighton. The house is spacious. The sunny sitting room has a wood-burning stove, three sofas and ample books. The ‘farmhouse’ kitchen/dining area has French windows leading out to the garden. On the first floor is an open-plan work space, bathroom (roll-top bath, shower and WC), separate WC, and two double bedrooms, one of which is currently set up as a study. Two further double bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a resident tortoise, Otis, who potters around the garden, foraging for himself. We can offer a car if useful.
