Quiet family upper Victorian apartment 5 minutes from Tufnell Pk tube: beautifully renovated whilst retaining Victorian charm, the apartment is spacious, very light, and warm - 2 bed/ 1 bath / 1 sitting/ dining room and separate kitchen / office in loft with 2nd toilet & wash basin (comfortably sleeps 3 or 4 max - Location is perfect - Central London a few stops from Tufnell Pk tube (5 min walk) and 10mins to the convenient Kentish Town travel hub with tube and overland (from there only 4 mins by overland to St Pancras In’l). The apartment is fully furnished; includes all linens, household appliances & equipment, and high speed WiFi; £750/week plus tenants pay utilities (£50 approx / week) cleaning (£55/ week) - you only need bring your clothes and personal items. Also available for exchange depending on suitable match in terms of timing/ location. Please note: as the property is on the top 3 floors of a Victorian terrace house there are approximately 20 stairs from the street to the apartment & therefore unsuitable for those with mobility issues & small children. The main bedroom has a super king zip and link bed with good quality linens. The views from the large windows provide a sunny outlook from each room in the apartment. For those needing to work the apartment is whisper quiet despite being a few minutes from Tufnell Park High street. Tufnell Park is a thriving local area with baker, butcher, fish-monger, green grocer and a variety of restaurants. It is 15 mins to the entry to Hampstead Heath, Kings X and it’s fantastic new Coaldrops Yard development & central London. Access to City, Parks and major attractions is easy via tube, bus and on foot. Please note: we have a no shoes inside policy as this keeps the “London street grime “ out of the apartment. Shoe and coat storage are available in the entry. With regard to the utilities- we encourage considered use of heating / water and gas given the escalating costs. The tenancy agreement will be made with the named guests: No overnight visitors without advance request: guests staying longer that 3 days will be charged a daily charge of £50 / night.
